Patterns from nature
Here in Brighton, you can’t walk anywhere at the moment without shuffling through piles of fallen leaves. I love it, not least for the random patterns they make on the pavement. Some things in nature are always going to provide interesting shapes to tackle: leaves, clouds, water. But just at the moment, it’s the leaves that are impossible to ignore.

Couple of different leaf patterns here, including a clip-art cheat. Photoshop has brushes shaped like a scatter of autuimn leaves. Cheesy!
Wow, that is totally gorgeous. I must learn more about downloading extra brushes - I only have very boring ones.
