Weekend draw: colours
Well, as I’ve been talking about colours these past two days, it seemed the obvious choice to get us all drawing something colourful. Make a conscious effort to notice colours today, and take inspiration. Then post your efforts here. Link to big pictures, please - the site’s theme seems to have taken to placing scroll bars on anything but quite small pictures. :(

Here’s the round-up for the past week.
> On Monday, I said that sometimes the obvious positioning is not necessarily the best.
> On Tuesday, I remembered how art teachers always tell you to put the rubber/eraser away.
> On Wednesday, I tired to revitalise the lost art of drawing birthday cards.
> On Thursday, I passed on tips about painting with a limited palette.
> And yesterday, I carried on the same theme with a few more thoughts about how to pick colours.
Welcome to two new active users this week, Holly and Pebblerocker! And remember, everyone, do keep commenting on each other’s work - people really appreciate it.
While I’m dealing out imprecations, please spread the Drawanyway word with links, mentions to pals, Diggs and whatever else you can think of. And if you fancy treating yourself, don’t forget my Recommended Books page! Thanks, and have a good weekend.
