    Weekend draw: water

It’s the weekend, hooray. Normally I use Saturdays to round-up the week’s posts and tell you that they are all still open, and will remain so. I’m beginning to sink under a torrent of pornographic spam, though, so I’m toying with the idea of closing each post for comments a week or two after it publishes out. Would this particularly inconvenience anyone (apart from the spammers, that is)?

    Aaaanyway, here’s the usual summary:

    > On Monday, I talked about collage techniques.

    > On Tuesday, we looked at our pictures backwards.

    > On Wednesday, I told everyone to take a deep breath before putting pen to paper.

    > On Thursday, the slightly pretentious title was ‘Find the art in your life’.

    > And on Friday, hmm, let me see, I asked everyone to draw badly.

If you’d still like to add a comment to these posts, hurry along, as I may be closing them for comments soon.

Meanwhile, as usual I am going to give you a subject for the weekend. Please draw water, then come and post it here. Glass of water, sea, river, rain, interpret it how you will. Unless you are a spammer, in which case, ew. That’s just sick!

    Watersports!!!!! Ahahahahahaha

Ew. If anyone knows what I mean then I apologise (it is along the lines of porn…)

I say no to porn spammers. Damn then. I think closing posts may be a good idea, perhaps 10 days after the last comment, instead of 10 days after its post date, as some posts keep getting talked on (example, the recent collage one).

Water is hard to draw. Eeeesh. Weekend yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay

Hmm, I know. And I’m afraid I was thinking along similar lines. :( That’s a good idea, to judge the time from the comments rather than the post.

Hope it’s not too rainy where you are…
